Scheduling A Session

Tami generally offer sessions to clients Tuesday through Thursday, yet when permitted, able to see them on Mondays and Fridays. 9 am to 5 pm 

She reserve weekends for teaching energy medicine, Healing retreats (personal and group), and as a Registered Maine Guide, guiding others through the woods and waters of Maine, and family time. 

SCHEDULING A Session (In Person or Virtual)

• 90 minute to 2 Hour Session: $200
• 3.5 to 4 hours: $400 
• 7 to 8 hours/Full Day: $800
• Private Training for groups: Inquire for Price

To schedule a session, please review the policies and details below. If you understand and agree to the terms outlined, and Tami has directed you here to read - reach back out to her for dates. 

If you are new to the site - please flow to the bottom of this page and complete the "contact us" form with details about the type of session you are requesting (Hours) and ask for Dates and Times please.

Once Tami gets back to you with an available appointment time, you will have 48 hours to submit payment and confirm that slot. 

After 48 hours the slot will be offered to other inquiring clients that are ready to heal their inner world and flow forward with all they desire. 

Please know that Tami cares less about receiving your session fees and more about the commitment to your healing. It says to her that you are really ready to create shifts in your life to accommodate the energy medicine that will flow between you two and this is the beginning of those shifts. It says to her that you truly want this sacred healing appointment with her and you are ready to commit to you - your fabulous self that is ready for MORE in your life. 

CANCELLATIONS, AND NO-SHOW POLICIES

I hope that you are committed as well. As we release old maps you've been living by and creating new ones - beautiful seeds are planted and they are for you to grow and nurture. This work plays an important part of your inner healing journey. 

All Sessions are Sacred - Once your appointment is scheduled the space is not available to another who are also in need of releasing and renewing with Shamanic Healing.  Last minute cancellation are really hard to fill. Please be mindful.

• All payments are non-refundable. No exceptions.

• There is no difference for Tami between in-person or virtual sessions. The quality of her sessions are the same. Clients have the option to change in-person sessions to virtual or phone sessions at any time, but please give as much notice as possible, so that you do not lose time from your session due to delays caused by establishing a last minute virtual session.

• In the event of "Day of Session" due to Cold & Flu symptoms or illness, inclement weather, or any other safety concern, clients can ask to change their in-person session to virtual or phone. Refusal to have an alternative session will not result in a reschedule. See next bulleted paragraph. However, if power or internet outages are experienced due to storms, we can shift to phone, if that is also not available due to storms - we will work with you to reschedule. 

• If your schedule changes and you cannot keep your appointment, you must notify Tami at least 72 hours before your scheduled  appointment if you want your session rescheduled. If 72-hour notice  is not provided, your session is forfeited and will not be rescheduled.   

• Tami reserves the right to reschedule your appointment at any time, for any reason. If this occurs, you will be offered the next available time slot. 

• Session purchases are transferable to another person but do require the original purchaser to confirm the transfer.

• All rescheduled / rolled over fees are at full value for one (1) year. After that the paid fees will decrease by $100.00 per year. 

• For virtual sessions, it is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate internet connection and familiarity with the video platform selected.   If there is an internet issue, we can shift to phone. Virtual sessions will not be rescheduled due to user issues at the last minute. 

• As a respect to Tami’s time and other clients, sessions start and end promptly at the scheduled times. If you are running late, please email: soulwisdomhealingstudio@gmail.com     Your session will be forfeited as a no-show after 15 minutes if no email or no show.

LOCATION FOR IN-PERSON SESSIONS

Tami’s Healing Studio is located at 93 Thurlow Road, Lincolnville, ME. Details and directions are given to the client when their appointment is confirmed. 

VIRTUAL SESSIONS

Virtual sessions are an available option for clients who cannot travel to Tami’s office for their session - Snow Storms, Not feeling well... Contact details are given to the client when their appointment is confirmed.

Virtual sessions are the same rate as in-person sessions. Tami does not need to see you to SEE you, but many people travel to her to have the experience of an in-person meeting. Tami has clients all over the world. For overseas or long-distance clients, Zoom sessions are available. ALL SESSIONS ARE SCHEDULED FOR EST, SO CLIENTS MUST COMPUTE THE CORRECT TIME DIFFERENCE. 

GIFT CERTIFICATES FOR INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

NOTE, AFTER A YEAR FROM PURCHASE, ALL GIFT CERTIFICATES THAT ARE LEFT DORMANT WILL LOSE $100 VALUE EVERY SUBSEQUENT YEAR, UNTIL THE VALUE BECOMES ZERO. These gift certificate policies speak to the integrity of Tami’s work and terms will not be negotiated. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: PLEASE READ

THE INFORMATION BELOW APPLIES TO ALL SESSIONS:

• Payment is expected at the time of booking to hold your spot in Tami’s schedule.

• There is a $30.00 fee in addition to the session fee for returned checks. 

• All sessions are to be scheduled online via email. Do not ask to schedule over the phone, as Tami is not near her schedule book.  Email is the only method to book with Tami.     

• Open Dates Don't Last Long. Please be prompt in confirming your appointment times,  as Tami’s schedule fills up at a first-come-first-served basis. Once Tami offers  you an available appointment time, you will have 48 hours to submit  payment and confirm that slot. After 48 hours the slot will be offered to other inquiring clients. 

• If you don’t hear from Tami for a few days, please follow up. With a very busy schedule, often it’s busy keeping up with all inquiries, and Tami likes to provide the best service possible for clients.  However, at times, it takes a bit to get back to everyone.

• Sessions are private to one on one. If someone travels  with you, please make plans for them to renew and restore by the ocean as you have your session. 

HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR SESSION

• When coming in to see Tami, when she confirms your appointment she'll ask you for insight about the session. What you want to let go of, and what you'd like more of in your life. 

• Please arrive on-time. There is no waiting area in Tami’s  healing studio, and clients are often scheduled back-to-back with snippets of time to cleanse and clear the healing studio. Please respect the time of the client before you, and do not come in to the healing space before the exact time of your scheduled session. 

FOR VIRTUAL Sessions

• Please have good internet service
• Please use earbuds or headphones. Tami needs to be able to have dialog with you once the session begins.
• Have a quiet place where you will not be disturbed

I will keep our work together and identity confidential. I am not subject to HIPPA regulations. As a non-licensed professional, I am not and cannot be required to share your information with anyone.

I’m sorry, but I do not accept insurance. 

I do not diagnose.

As a Sacred healer, I can work with you on almost any condition, but I cannot make any promises for outcomes and I am the holder of space for you to do your healing work. I am not the one performing miracles, you are.

I do provide an expansive safe space to journey right there with you as a wise sacred witness and guide. You do the healing and experience the miracle of remembering who you are now and who you are becoming, not informed by the past.
