This is a year long Medicine Wheel Apprenticeship.
Learn the Sacred Energy Medicine of the Ancient Medicine Wheel.
Build Your Mesa and Empower Yourself.
The Medicine Wheel Training with Tami Rogers is an invitation to be present in your body, unafraid of your heart and an opening in your mind.
Medicine Wheel is a sacred map of spiritual growth, healing, consciousness, transformation, and personal evolution. Rooted in Andean cosmology and Western Core Shamanism it guides you through the cycles of life and helps you reconnect with nature, spirit, and your authentic self. It is not just a symbolic teaching — it is a living pathway walked by Paq’os (Andean healers), Mesa Carriers, and Spiritual Seekers who wish to live in harmony, right relationship with all things, and the unseen realms.
This Sacred Medicine Wheel, rich in Ancient Wisdom is Inspired by the Andean Paqos, the Q'ero Celtic Shamanism, Western-Core Shamanism, and Transpersonal Regression.
This training deeply awakens the inner you, which asks little of you, but to take responsibility for who you are, what you've come to earth to do, and what is yours to offer to the world with all the power, all the love, and all the wisdom that comes to you from the 3 Worlds we live with every day and the energy of your 3 power centers that are full of life within you.
I won't ask you to believe in anything, however, I will ask you to trust in the power of your embodied imagination and visualizations with trust as we walk the medicine wheel from South to East - Awakening the Inner Shaman within You.
Together, as an Ayllu — a sacred community of the heart — we will journey through the three dimensions of existence:
As we travel these sacred dimensions, you will not only explore the cosmos — you will awaken the cosmos within.
Through ceremony, Karpay initiation, and embodied practice, we will ignite your three primary power centers:
This is a path of remembrance.
A return to harmony between the worlds above, below, and within.
As your heart opens, your actions align, and your wisdom deepens, you begin to walk as a bridge between realms — grounded in the Earth, guided by the Heavens, and anchored in love.
A Sacred Map of Transformation
The Medicine Wheel is also a spiritual journey through the four sacred cardinal directions — South, West, North, and East — each one holding powerful energies, archetypes, elements, and teachings. It represents the cycles of life, death, rebirth, and renewal.
As you walk the wheel, you learn to connect with the elements of Nature to create the life you want to live, with strength and power as you remember your divine purpose.
This is not a linear path. It is a spiral — each turn of the wheel takes you deeper into your truth, while returning you more whole than before.
The Medicine Wheel divides into four (4) modules: South, West, North, and East. We will stay in one direction for 3 months - plus.
Many indigenous cultures begin in the East. However, the Andean Shamans begin in the South, so when they show up in East - they are planting seeds from who they are now, not from what needed to be shed in the South - the Old Map.
And so we begin in June, the time of Summer, and the heat, to shed what no longer serves us, so when we arrive in the East, we are shining our light from within - the New Map of our becoming, not informed by the old.
As you walk the sacred path of the Four Directional Winds, guided by the elements and archetypes of the South, West, North, and East - your healing becomes a living prayer.
The Place of Beginnings
In the South, we enter the sacred threshold of the Wheel. The South grounds us in the body, in Pachamama, and in the rhythms of life.
This is the place of beginnings — where we learn to walk in beauty upon the Earth. Like the serpent who sheds its skin, we release the past and the identities that no longer fit. We come close to the ground, humbling ourselves before Pachamama, remembering that we belong to the living web of life.
Here we build our foundation. We clear heavy energies, restore balance, and cultivate safety within ourselves. The South teaches us innocence, trust, and right relationship with the physical world.
The South whispers:
Walk softly.
Walk truthfully.
Walk in beauty.
The Place of Transformation
In the West, we enter the great mystery. The West is shadow and courage — the direction of letting go, transformation, and reclaiming personal power.
This is the direction of the jaguar — who teaches us to walk fearlessly on our sacred journey with peace and impeccability.
The West teaches us to die to the old self so that something more authentic may be born. We practice courage, deep inner seeing, and energetic sovereignty. We release what binds us to the past and step into personal power.
The West asks:
Can you face yourself with compassion?
Can you transform old worn-out wounds into wisdom?
The Place of Wisdom
In the North, we sit with the ancient ones. The North is sweetness, joy, and timeless wisdom. Here, we reclaim lightness, gratitude, and ancestral guidance.
This is the realm of the hummingbird and the lineage keepers — where we receive the teachings of those who walked before us. Here, we begin to see our life as a sacred journey rather than a series of events.
The North offers perspective. We rise above drama and step into maturity, responsibility, and grace. We learn the sacred art of storytelling — not as victims of circumstance, but as conscious co-creators.
In the North, wisdom settles into our bones.
We become steady.
We become clear.
We become guides unto ourselves.
The Place of Illumination
In the East, the sun rises, and we awaken to our own light. The East is vision, transcendence, and spiritual leadership. Here, we rise to see our lives from the highest perspective and step into our soul’s calling.
This is the direction of the eagle and condor — visionaries who soar above the landscape of life. Here we claim our destiny and remember why we came.
The East is illumination. It is where we awaken to our highest calling and align with Spirit. We learn to dream the world into being with intention, integrity, and heart.
From this place, we walk as luminous beings — grounded in the South, transformed in the West, wise in the North, and guided by the light of the East.
The East invites us to rise.
To see clearly.
To become the prayer we once whispered.
With each direction, you gather medicine — not from outside you, but from within your own bones, your heart, your breath.
Pachamama holds you as you remember, and the stars of the Upper World, the Hanan Pacha, illuminate your soul’s path.
This medicine you will grow — through Sacred Fire, through Storm, through Silence, through the Sacred Directions, and through Joy — becomes your Sacred Munay, your heart’s deepest offering.
It is the gift the Earth has been waiting for. The Earth has been waiting for YOU.
You carry it now, not as a burden, but as a blessing — a living Despacho, woven with love, service, and spirit - The Medicine Wheel helps you reconnect with the authentic you, so you can walk with the blessing of living a full life.
The Medicine Wheel teaches you to walk with it in beauty. Share it in truth. Offer it in ceremony. It teaches you with walk your path with honesty, humility, and reverence.

As you walk the wheel becoming a Full Mesa Carrier, your life begins to unfold with courage, strength, power, and many blessing of light.
The Medicine Wheel is a sacred spiritual framework used by Ancient peoples to support healing, personal transformation, and alignment with nature and spirit.

When we connect with the "Visible" Forces of Nature our consciousness changes - all things we love, shift our emotions
AND
Becomes Sacred.
The Medicine Wheel is a sacred journey so you can live your life with more joy, peace, love, harmony, and Ayni (balance)
Healing & Personal Transformation
Connection to Nature and Cosmos
Self-Knowledge and Inner Balance
Living in Ayni (Sacred Reciprocity)
Guided Evolution Over Time
Ceremony, Ritual, and Sacred Practice
Become a Full Mesa Carrier by Walking the Wheel from South to East
A "Mesa Carrier" refers to someone who has undergone a spiritual initiation process, often involving practices like the Shamanic Medicine Wheel, Nine Rites of Munay Ki, and various rituals and ceremonies, which are part of indigenous traditions. This role involves personal growth, intuitive development, and a deep connection to the natural world.
Stepping into the role of a Mesa Carrier (mesa meaning “sacred bundle” or “altar” in the Andean tradition) is a profound spiritual commitment. The Mesa is a living expression of your personal healing, lineage, connection to spirit, and service to the Earth and community.
In each direction you will work with healing stones, known as Medicine Khuyas. The Khuyas you'll work work are ones that have called to you while in sacred places, or places that ignite your Soul. They are not just any stones, they are stones you asked Spirit to bring to you through giving Kintu. These Khuyas become your sacred personal power medicine to walk your sacred path through life.
Mesa, is a textile that has been hand made to hold your Khuyas with respect. Mesa as a portable altar holds personal power objects that are sacred to you and used for healing and ritual. Becoming a mesa carrier is a sacred initiation process of indigenous alchemy “Transformation” that sets you on an ancient pathway of accelerated growth and healing through the four sacred directions, the elements, and archetypes.
A Mesa Carrier is a person who is a co-creator with the Divine, who works towards balance and alignment in the spiritual world, the natural world and their own heart, “a student of Spirit”.
It is also someone who has completed an indigenous alchemy process called becoming a mesa carrier. This process involves rituals, journeying, fire ceremonies, and exercises to develop intuition and personal awareness through self-healing.
Join me on a year long Journey to deeply and fully step into your power
as a Full Mesa Carrier.
As we work our way through the Medicine Wheel Training, we each create our own Mesa, a medicine bundle that holds the note of transformational processes you learn.
Each Wheel, from South to East will be empowered with 3 Medicine Healing Khuya Stones. By the time you complete the East Wheel, the last, you will be a Full Mesa Carrier with 14 Medicine Stones - Your Personal Altar of Power, Strength, and Transformation.
Each stone will hold your Medicine as you walk the wheel and become part of your Sacred Altar Medicine Tools
Our Mesa, supports and guides our personal healing work so we show up in our life, walking the path of beauty.
Spoken from the heart of the mesa, in honor of the Earth and the Sacred Directions.
I walk the path of the mesa with reverence and humility,
knowing that this sacred bundle holds the stories of my healing,
the voices of my ancestors, and the medicine gifted through Spirit.
I carry my mesa not as a possession,
but as a living bridge between the worlds —
Hanaq Pacha: the upper world where the "Spirits of Light" live and blesses us with energy to heal, and brings in enlightenment
Kay Pacha: this world, where we live, humans, plants, animals, stones, Apu Mountains, all of Pachamama
Ukju Pacha: the lower world or under world where Mama Sirena and Inca Huascar are.
As I carry my Mesa, I continue to ignite my power to live in Ayni.
Munay - To share love from my sacred heart
Yachay - To honor the wisdom with respect and understanding
Llankay - To live in integrity
I honor the Four Sacred Winds —
South, where the Serpent teaches me to release with grace and walk proudly with Pachamama
West, where the Jaguar teaches me courage to navigate the Earth with peace and impeccability
North, where the Hummingbird and the Ancestors offer wisdom and remembrance so I can be part of community as a sacred healer.
East, where the Eagle/Condor teaches me vision and flight to seek the truth.
With each Khuya (sacred stone) in my mesa,
I remember my power & strength and the sacred place where Spirit gifted me the Khuya.
My mesa is my mirror, my teacher, my altar.
I offer my mesa in service —
to Pachamama, the Great Mother who nourishes all life, to Inti, the powerful Father Sun who brings growth, light, and warmth, to the Apus, the sacred mountains who witness and guide,
to the Waters that flow with memory, and to the people who seek healing, truth, and light.
I commit to walk in Ayni — sacred reciprocity —
to give as I receive, to serve as I am guided,
to bring balance where there is disharmony,
and to be a hollow bone through which Spirit can speak.
My mesa is my soul’s offering,
and through it, I bring forth my sacred medicine —
not for myself alone,
but for the healing of all my relations.
May I walk this path in beauty,
with gratitude in my heart,
clarity in my mind,
and love in my hands.
As you walk the healing path through each of the sacred directions, South, West, North, and East - the medicine that awakens within you becomes your sacred gift — a unique offering to the world.

South Module One
— The Time of the Summer Solstice
Element: Fire
Sachamama — The Great Serpent
This is the beginning.
The awakening of a new journey for you.
In the South, under the light of the Summer Solstice, we walk with Sachamama, the Great Serpent. She teaches us to shed old skin as she does — releasing what no longer serves so we may grow new skin that glistens and glows.
Here, we learn to walk lightly upon Pachamama.
Serpent invites us into the wisdom of the body. To move slowly. To sense deeply. To live from instinct rather than overthinking. Through self-compassion and presence, we begin to recognize the patterns, triggers, and limitations that have shaped our lives — and gently, powerfully, release them.
The South is about healing, rebirth, and laying a luminous foundation for the entire Wheel.
Serpent teaches us to move fluidly, instinctually, and without resistance.
To walk in beauty.
To touch all things with reverence and gratitude.
From this place, the rest of the Wheel unfolds naturally.

West Quadrant Module Two
— The Time of the Fall Equinox
Element: Water
Otorongo — Mother Sister Jaguar
The West is the place of the setting sun — the realm of introspection, shadow, and profound transformation.
Here we walk with Ottorongo, Mother Sister Jaguar, who sees in the dark and moves without fear. She teaches us that nothing is as it first appears — and that true power is born when we are willing to face what we have avoided.
In the West, we become luminous warriors.
Jaguar guides us through the sacred cycle of Birth, Life, Death, and Rebirth. She reminds us that in order for something new to live, something old must die. This is the path of conscious letting go.
If Sachamama in the South shows us what must be shed, Ottorongo teaches us how to track it, transform it, and ensure we do not regrow what we have released.
The West is not about destruction
— it is about mastery.
Mastery of emotion.
Mastery of fear.
Mastery of personal power.
Jaguar teaches us to act rather than react.
To walk through endings with grace.
To stand in authentic power — not power over others, but power within.
Through Water and shadow work, we transform heaviness into fuel for growth.
In the West, we do not avoid the dark.
We learn to see within it.
And from that seeing, we are reborn.

North Quadrant
— The Time of the Winter Solstice
Element: Earth
Sera Q’enti — Beautiful Hummingbird & The Ancient Ones
Ahhh… we arrive in the North.
A sacred place of sweetness, lightness, and timeless wisdom.
In the stillness of the Winter Solstice, we walk with Sera Q’enti, the Hummingbird, and with the Ancient Ones who came before us. Here, the journey softens. The striving eases. We begin to see through the eyes of grace.
Hummingbird teaches us that our wings are never too small to take flight. Though her body is tiny, she makes an epic migration guided by instinct and trust. In the same way, we learn to say yes to the soul’s calling — even when we do not yet understand it.
In the North, we reclaim sweetness.
We drink from the nectar of life.
We remember joy.
This is the direction of ancestral wisdom. The "Pampamesayok" The lineage of healers. The luminous ones who guide us from beyond linear time. Here, we dream not only for ourselves — but for those who came before us and those yet to come.
We begin to envision a healed lineage.
Hummingbird hovers in stillness even while her wings move rapidly.
So too, we learn to find our center — even as life unfolds around us.
In the North, we feed the luminous body with beauty.
We step beyond heaviness.
We remember that joy is medicine.
And from this place of grace, we prepare to rise into vision.

East Quadrant
— The Time of the Spring Equinox
Element: Air
Apuchin — Eagle/Condor
Let us rise together to the East — the place of the rising sun, new vision, and soaring spirit.
The East is the direction of transcendence and spiritual leadership. Here, we step beyond personal story and begin to see from the highest perspective of the soul.
Walking with Eagle and Condor we learn to soar above limitation. From great heights, they teach us to see the larger landscape of our lives — not just the challenges at our feet, but the destiny unfolding before us.
Condor opens the heart. She teaches forgiveness, compassion, and love without condition — for self, for others, for all creation.
Eagle carries the strength of the mountains. He teaches clarity, vision, and unwavering spiritual connection to the sacred landscape.
Together, they represent union — earth and sky, masculine and feminine, mind and heart. In the East, we integrate all we have learned and become a bridge between worlds.
We do not escape life.
We rise within it.
In the East, we dream a new world into being.
Air reminds us that spirit is boundless. With Eagle and Condor, we learn to spread our wings — releasing fear, stepping into trust, and living as conscious co-creators.
As the Wheel completes, we return not as who we were — but as luminous beings.
Grounded in Earth.
Transformed by Water.
Guided by Air.
Alive with Spirit.
Ready to serve.
Ready to lead.
Ready to live the vision we came here to embody.

Our Commitment to the Wheel
As we create Ayllu — a sacred gathering of like-minded souls — we root ourselves in the living principles of community, reciprocity, and harmony with nature. The Medicine Wheel is not simply a curriculum; it is a ceremonial journey that unfolds through relationship, trust, and shared transformation.
Once our circle is formed, the Wheel is closed.
No one enters once we begin.
Those who step onto the Wheel together move from South to West to North to East as one body of learning. Each direction builds upon the last. Each initiation prepares the ground for the next. The integrity of the journey depends on continuity.
For this reason, participation in each gathering is essential.
If a section of the Wheel is missed, it cannot be made up independently, nor can one join the next cycle mid-stream. Should a participant need to step away from the journey for any reason, they are warmly welcomed to begin again with a future Wheel, starting in the South.
We understand that life brings the unexpected. In the case of illness or true emergency, we ask for open and timely communication. When possible, we may offer supportive materials or guidance to help you stay connected; however, the ceremonial transmission of the Wheel happens within the gathered Ayllu and cannot be replicated privately.
This path asks for devotion.
It asks for presence.
It asks for your wholehearted yes.
When you commit to the Wheel, you are not simply enrolling in a training — you are entering into sacred relationship with the land, the lineage, and your fellow travelers.
And when we walk it together, the transformation is profound.
