Cancellation Policy

We have made every effort to create an adventurous journey for you. We have been doing this for years and this is territory we know well. Once the training program is full, other participants are either placed on a waiting list, or directed to another class. 

• Cancellations with more than 60 days prior to training: Fees will be transferred to a future class.  

• Cancellations, No Shows, Non-Completion - less than 60 days prior: NO Transfers

These policies reflect the fact that we do not overbook, cancelled spaces are very difficult to fill at the last minute, and takes up much time changing websites, mailing lists, and more. Also, fees are also already spent on the vast majority of costs that are incurred in preparing for the training and sacred retreat time. Thank you for understanding. 

If for any reason we cancel a training class, the student has a choice to be refunded 100% or roll over fees to another training date. 

All rolled over fees are at full value for one (1) year. After that the paid fees will decrease by $100.00 per year. 

Residential Training Cancellation: 

The Residential Training is a small group of participants who have agreed to come and train with us, sharing our sacred space in the Woods and on the Waters of Maine -  We're Excited to have you. Or at another location within Maine where we are close to Nature. 

RESIDENTIAL Training is non-refundable, so we highly recommend getting travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes.

This way, you can have peace of mind knowing you’re covered if you need to cancel for any reason.
