Retreat Cancellation Policy

We have made every effort to create an adventurous journey for you. We have been doing this for years and this is territory we know well. . Once your selected dates are scheduled they are closed to booking.

Cancellations with more than 60 days prior to training: Fees will be transferred to a future retreats

Cancellations less than 60 days prior: NO Transfers

These policies reflect the fact that we do not overbook, cancelled spaces are very difficult to fill at the last minute.

Cancellation Policy FOR (FULL) RESIDENTIAL Retreats

All payments are non-transferable. No exceptions.

All rolled over fees are at full value for one (1) year. After that the paid fees will decrease by $100.00 per year.
