In this workshop we'll shift the protective layer, the armoring - around your heart  - that came in when you were little to keep you safe from suffering; from feeling... hurt, heartache, pain, anger, and sorrow... and love...  Together, we'll upgrade to new more empowering protection that will enable you to love freely - deserving, receiving, and giving.  The new upgraded version serves who you are now and not informed by the past ~ where you become the gate-keeper of your own reality.  

My intention is to help you live your life through your heart, sensing into your dreams and desires, your “TRUTH”, and to connect you with what you long for the most. 

The tools you will gain, if you choose to work with them, will support you for the rest of your journey here on earth.
